I totally agree with you about mindfulness. Sometimes I have to force myself to do it before bed, but I definitely feel the benefits the next day. I highly recommend it! I use the Apple Fitness+ Mindfulness program to help me stay on track and have something different each day.
As for curiosity, I think it’s one of the most amazing things I learned from reading the biography of Leonardo da Vinci. He was a total curious cat, asking questions about everything from the shadows to how a specific bird was flying. It’s mind-blowing!
